My very first post in my very first blog…………<\/p>

I have just started five weeks leave from my job. But this time, I’m going to do things a little differently. This time I am going to spend part of my leave doing my own thing and have a bit of an adventure. I felt a blog might be a good way to record this adventure and who knows, blogging may even grow into a regular thing.<\/p>

So on Good Friday I plan to go camping with my boys and a couple of other families. We will camp for four days upstream from Moogerah Dam here in SE Queensland.<\/p>

Then five days later I am going on my adventure by myself. I am going to visit two other states – New South Wales and Victoria. I want to meet some relations who I haven’t seen in about 26 years but more than that, I want to catch up with some online friends I have made. I want to meet them in person and see a very small part of their lives first hand. While I’m doing this, I also want to do a bit of sight seeing.<\/p>

So for two weeks, I am going to travel around, pretty much as I choose and just have an adventure…<\/p>
